BE BRAVE

This poem was written by my 9 year-old daughter on Veteran's Day 2007:

BE BRAVE

Thank you for my freedom,

Heroes.

You give me hope.

Be brave.

Think of all those happy children

that you helped save.

I know that war is scary,

but you sacrificed anyway.

You make me proud.

Be Strong,

Be Brave!
